The disadvantage of the Internet(final version)
The worst disadvantage of the Internet is addiction. People would spend much time online. Unlike gambling and alcoholism, people are gradually addicted to it without knowing it through visiting websites, checking E-mails and chatting via instant messengers. Before long, they would neglect their work, school, families and sleep, to go online. And eventually that would lead to deep addiction.
The second disadvantage of the Internet is the confusion between the real world and the visual world. Many teenagers would access social networking sites for visual friendships. Often times, those new friends might use fake personal information in order to induce you to meet with them. And when it comes to meeting in person, they tend to ignore the hidden risks of kidnap and rape.
Whether or nor these disadvantages could be serious problems depends on how you regard them. After all, the Internet is a tool. Your work, school, families, and sleep should not be sacrificed at the mercy of the Internet. Record the time you spend online and remember that person-to-person interaction can not be replaced by visual interaction would definitely help you solve those problems.

Why did I choose my malor?(final fianl)
____I remember the day I went with my mom to my high school for picking up my major. While waiting in the long line for that, I asked her whether she knew what the Architectural Engineering Department was. Because the information I had was limited. I wanted to know more about what their jobs—either a designer or a construction labor—might be in the future after graduation. However, her answer was not what I meant to receive. "The constructions in Taiwan have almost saturated and the boom will be shifting to Mainland China," she said. Suddenly, I felt like getting a slap right on my face. If cleverly enough, you would definitely know what she tried to express indirectly. Of course, she didn't want me to pick that up. At the same time, the closer it was to my turn, the lesser the choices available. So right before my turn to pick, she called my cousin for some advice. Eventually, I picked up Drafting Department(製圖科) as my major, based on their decision. And then that decision led to my major later, Mechanical Engineering, in university. This is the only choice because Drafting Department is one of the fields in Mechanical Engineering.
____Even now, I still have a passion for buildings—and nothing could pique my interests as much as it. But As far as my major is concerned, I used to feel bored about it. Fortunately now, I gradually like it by picking up my project this year. And I know if I am able to advance my study and still be a graduate student of the professor of my project, definitely, I will get a good job just because of his fame. But I wonder whether this is truly what I want….

How far the boundary could boys stretch while being away from moms?
_____If you come visiting the place where we rent, you will be shocked by the view and the odor of garbage right after you open the door. As you can see up in that photo, the garbage has successfully occupied a small area of floor in the living room. And unfortunately, we've lost another two pieces of floor in the house again recently (There are two other places piled up with garbage). Frankly speaking, Most of the garbage has been there for months. And some will even be living with us for nearly a year next month, May. In other words, some of the garbage has been living with us since we moved in. If moms were there now to help clean it, maybe we could defeat those enemies and retrieve those areas.
_____Because of my laziness of washing socks, I am often subject to the lack of them. Sometimes I have to wear a pair of socks been worn the other day. Also, it's really normal for me to grab different socks to make up a pair to wear. Often times at school, I would show my classmates this kind of odd pair of socks if I do wear them. And it's fun for me to show them to my classmates. But it would completely be an embarrassing situation if this hybrid of socks seeing by strangers. About a week ago, I took the second stage of GEPT in a university. Right before entering the classroom for speaking test, everyone should take their shoes off. And then I though of wearing this odd pair of socks in that morning accidentally. At that time, I was saying to myself, "Should I take my socks off and throw them out somewhere and enter the classroom with naked feet, or just go wearing it?" Finally, I still entered the classroom with my odd pair of socks. But I had to be last one entering and leaving the classroom to avoid seeing by others. That day I came back to our dorm and share it with my roommates. And they said, "It would be more embarrassing if you've even got a hole with your socks." "Actually, there is a hole at the bottom of one sock," I responded. I think I can have adequate and clean socks to wear if mom was around now.

Why did I choose my malor?(final)
Under the educational system in Taiwan, we all know the admission to a high school is based on one's grades in Basic Competence Test(國中基測). In other words, people with high grades could probably get accepted to the best schools. But to some degree, this system is more like a business to me. If I compare grades to money and schools to the products, you would probably know what I mean by that. If one student has much money in the pocket, his/her parents might persuade him/her to buy the most expensive products without considering which product is the most useful and suitable for their children. In another case, if one has only a few dollars in hand, the product he/she can afford would be the "leftover" in the store. I think my case was a hybrid of those two. I remember the day I went with my mom to my high school for picking up my major. Who Do I Admire?
2007年3月13日 星期二
I've been living outside with my four roommates.About two weeks ago,we'd got an overdue electicity bill sent during the Chinese New Year. That is the catch, an overdue bill. In Taiwan, we can pay many of the bills through a convenience store. But it's not the case for an overdue one. Dealing with an overdue electricity bill is not as easy as one that is not due. You must go to their serve station for paing money. In this whole process, I did get angry with my roommate, not with it. One day, I took the bill and suggested that we should go to the Taipower building next to our school to

Having an Affair with France...(ch.1)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Egypt,
I am sorry. I've made a mistake. And I know I shouldn't have done that. But I just can't help it. Actually, the purpose of this letter is to try to let you know how difficult the situation was in my mind-- not to tell you that it's over between us. Although I know it's really rough for anyone to hear about things like this, I think you deserve to know what's going on between us....
As you know, in one's whole life, one would never know what is going to happen in the future. Neither do I. But it's just happened; some one has interfered in our relationship. About two months ago, I "came upon" her, France, on the Internet. After a little closer understanding of her, I've been fascinated deeply by her voice and her implicit romance. The pleasing language she speaks and the elegant images she presents are probably what I've been looking for in my life. Also, if "permitted", I hope to make a visit to her birthplace. However, what bewitches me most is her "outstanding characters"--Clementine and Edith Piaf (both French singers). Although, for thousands of years, you've been famous for being the cradle of human civilization and in the whole world nothing compares to you, there is one thing that you might not have realized before. When it comes to romantic and graceful spirits, she is really beyond compare, let alone her taste for fashion and delicacy.
After the above explanation, I hope you could understand my difficult struggle. Actually, I don't mean to hurt you and be a two-timer. Probably, to choose either of you would be the last decision I want to make. And I believe you're gonna figure out her greatest charm after my later explanations.
